WHO WE ARE
Founded in 2022, Handan Hengyi Metal Products Co., Ltd. is an export-oriented enterprise integrating casting, machining and sales. Located in the Foundry Industrial Park of Xiaozhai Town, Jize County, Handan City, Hebei Province, the company boasts a registered capital of 5.92 million RMB, with an annual output of 30,000 tons of precision castings and a total plant area of approximately 20,000 square meters. We are equipped with modern production workshops and sophisticated manufacturing facilities, including two fully automatic high-strength clay sand vertical molding lines (Model Weier 4110 & 419), two 3-ton electric furnaces, two 1.5-ton electric furnaces, two automatic casting machines, as well as auxiliary equipment such as apron conveyors and shot blasting machines.
Our company is staffed with a well-educated, highly experienced technical team dedicated to delivering premium casting products and professional services for global clients. The team consists of 3 professional casting engineers, 5 full-time laboratory & testing technicians and 8 inspectors with years of quality control experience.
Adhering to the business philosophy of Quality First, Customer Supreme, we rigorously implement standardized quality management systems to guarantee stable product quality and reliable performance. Our core product range covers precision castings made from ductile iron, gray cast iron, cast steel, aluminum alloy and other materials, which are widely applied in municipal engineering, automotive, machinery, electric power, chemical, construction and other industries. Centered on the domestic market, our products are exported to more than 20 countries and regions across Europe, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
